Senator Mike Lee's Constitutional Carry Reciprocity Act would let any law-abiding American carry across state lines without a permit. Twenty-seven states already allow permitless carry — the remaining states are running obstruction, not safety policy.

Senator Mike Lee's national constitutional carry bill would require all 50 states to honor carry permits from any other state. It's the correct constitutional remedy for states that have turned permitting into suppression.
